Adding an address to your address book

When you add an e-mail address to your address book, it gets added to a "white list", meaning you have specified
that it is acceptable for you to receive e-mails from this particular person or company. Though we can’t be sure what e-mail
client you’re using, they all operate in a similar fashion. Please take a look at the steps below as a guide, and white list your favorite e-mails today!

     1. Find the sender's e-mail address, highlight it and copy it.

     2. Look in your e-mail client settings, or on the sidebar or header on the main page of your Webmail client,
     to see if you have a “contact list”, “safe list”, “address book” or something similar. Click to enter that section.

     3. Choose the “add a new contact” option.

     4. Paste in the e-mail address you copied in step 1.

     5. Click “save” or “ok.”

Having trouble printing your e-mail?

Many people choose to print out their e-mails, creating a “hard copy” for future reference (perhaps in a store, at a friend’s
house, on the road… or just to file away.) Print results often vary from the actual e-mail you see on your screen.
Many factors can play into a difference: length of e-mail, your printer settings, your browser settings, etc.

For best results, we recommend you enable background colors and images. This solves a common problem with
colors or images “disappearing” or appearing broken up.

In Internet Explorer 7, go to “Tools > Internet Options > Advanced [Tab]” and check off “Print background colors and images”
under the “Printing” section.

In Firefox 2, go to “File > Page Setup” and check off “Print Background
(colors and images)” under “Format & Options [Tab].”

If you are using another Internet browser or e-mail client, please take a look at the steps above as a guide to
enable background colors and images, and print with a little more style!

Having trouble unsubscribing?

Have you unsuccessfully tried unsubscribing from an e-mail newsletter only to continue receiving it? A common issue
that may cause this is that often the e-mail address you are trying to unsubscribe from is not the address on the senders'
e-mail list. It’s possible that you have “forwarding” turned on from another e-mail account, meaning messages from an
outdated account are being automatically sent to a new account.

Here’s what you can do to resolve:

     1. Try unsubscribing other e-mail addresses that you may have and use often.

     2. See if your e-mail client allows you to “view the headers” or “show details”. You may be able to see the original
         destination (e-mail address) that the message was sent to. If found, try unsubscribing that original e-mail address.

Having trouble viewing Flash?

Although most computer users have Flash installed on their machines, many e-mail clients disable it by default, usually displaying a security warning. If you have an e-mail that contains Flash, and you wish to view it, check your Internet browser
or e-mail client options for the following:

     1. Check in your “Security” or an “Advanced” tab.

     2. Ensure that you have ActiveX enabled.

     3. Click to “enable third party browser extensions”.

Note that Flash is completely disabled in Outlook 2007.

Having trouble viewing your e-mail on a mobile device?

Many mobile devices now have the ability to display HTML e-mail. Due to rendering issues with the current coding techniques used in this medium, the creative appearance of your e-mail message may not display as intended. For these scenarios,
it is recommended that you view the text version of an e-mail:

     1. At the top of your HTML e-mail, see if there is a link to “View Text” or “View on a Mobile Device”, and click that. That should
         take you to a Text version of the same e-mail message.

     2. Visit the sender's Web site or click on the "preferences" link if it exists in the e-mail. Change your preferred send format to
         “Multi-part”, in a rare case where this option is available. Multi-part e-mails include both an HTML and a text version within
         the same envelope, and your mobile device will choose the version that is the best fit for it.
